Looking at my career, it is an exciting experience that keeps on giving. From my very first job as a Customer Service Specialist, to my last work where I, among other roles, had the role as Head of Support & Service Fulfillment, developing & leading the internal 2nd line department.
I do not take these decisions lightly, there are multiple factors that weigh in when making such a decision, and Future Ordering ticked all of the boxes. My first impression was that Future Ordering was a team of passionate doers with a high-performance culture, here to revolutionize the QSR business. Having worked here for 4 months, I can say that I made the right choice, Future Ordering have delivered on all expectations.
In my current role as Support Manager, our customers are in focus, making sure that we offer best in class support. Overseeing day-to-day operations, securing efficient external & internal processes that provides a good experience throughout the support value chain. What do I enjoy most about the role? Well, there is no better feeling in the world when you are solving customer issues, no matter how big or small they are.
That is a tough question, I feel that I’ve had so many rewarding moments, every ticket where we have provided value to our customers feels rewarding to me. (Might sound a bit cheesy but it is the truth!)
I developed a passion for support early in my career, driven by my commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. I take pride in making our customers' lives easier and ensuring they have a positive experience whenever they interact with our support team.

I have not had any big surprises yet. Of course it has been a bit of a re-adjustment going to a scale-up business, but it has been a smooth transition over the past 4 months.
With its open and transparent culture that is displayed daily, I feel that I have the room to grow and develop to the best way that fits me.
No day is ever the same as the other, which is one other thing I love about my role and field.
Working out plays an important role in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, it gives me the boost I need before work, and gives me the ability to disconnect when needed. Kudos to Future Ordering for the 2 hour exercise that you can take out during the work-week, it truly promotes a good work-life balance.
