Sushi Yama plan for an aggressive expansion with Future Ordering

Sushi Yama, the distinguished Swedish sushi chain, is planning to open 150 new restaurants within five years. In competition with national and international vendors, the choice of supplier fell on Future Ordering with its digital ordering platform.

Since Sushi Yama opened their first restaurant in 2008, they have expanded their business with over 50 restaurants. Now aiming to increase their rate of establishment together with Future Ordering.
