King Food, the master franchisor for Burger King in Scandinavia has progressive plans of digitalization, and growing sales the next few years and is re-imagining their entire sales platform with Future Ordering as kiosk partner.
The fast-food giant, Burger King, covering Sweden, Norway and Denmark will use Future Ordering software for many hundred self-ordering kiosks and order status boards. The implementation of the new software is a part of an overall digitalization strategy for Burger King and will improve the guest experience across Scandinavia. In competition with other vendors, the choice fell upon Future Ordering because of a proven record of running thousands of kiosks, the ability to support both new hardware as well as existing and the capabilities of providing management tools to King Foods IT partners.
Future Ordering is the digital ordering platform that enables restaurants to sell in their own digital channels, and the new software will be implemented for self-ordering kiosks and order status boards.
Burger King joins a list of brands recognized for digital innovation like Bastard Burgers, Max Burgers, Sushi Yama, and Circle K, also running on the Future Ordering platform.
