We recently interviewed one of our amazing colleagues and team members Stina Ajmi. She is working as Service Delivery Manager and is making sure our customers are succeeding with their onboarding process. Get to know her more, her role and her thoughts about our culture.
I work as a Service Delivery Manager; my main task is helping our customers to succeed with their onboarding process and of course the work that follows an onboarding project. Another important task is to create and improve processes and documentation, with help of input from customers and colleagues.
That is a difficult question to answer since I’m quite new in the company, but the best “first impression” I have so far is the welcoming atmosphere that is surrounded in the company.
I started in the travel industry many years ago, I soon noticed that my passion was to work with the different systems the company used and to be apart of the improvement work of them, both testing and implementation of new sand improvements. So, I started to work in an IT and Development company within the travel industry and it was a place of learning and personal growth for me. Now I have the opportunity to try a different industry, which is very exciting and where I hope to learn and grow just as much.
The employees, I would say. How everybody is very helping and understanding! When you are new in a company it can be quite challenging to understand how everything works, but it sure helps when all colleagues are so kind and helpful.
This is a possibility to work in a company with a fast pace, a lot of laughter, collaboration over all teams, opportunity to influence what you do and how you do it. Your input is highly valued.
These are things that I really appreciate in a company.
I would say that one key thing is that all employees make everybody count and feel included in the community, this is really shown throughout the company. It is a warm company where everybody helps each other if it is needed, even if it might not be their task on a daily basis – they do their best to help as much as they can.
